The notion of the expiration date has been sticking around like a bad cold. Like so many things what was taken in once as a truth now has become a way of Life. I can not even begin to tell you how many times I have watched Folks dump a half gallon of Milk, because of the expiration Date, leaving me so sad to watch for I could not understand that none ever checked before pouring. I can also not begin to tell you how many times my own Milk has come to that date and yes!!! it was still perfectly good, obviously, or you would not be reading this right now. There is also the notion of having to purchase much sooner than what is needed...and who does that help?!!!!!
